Appointment set and confirmed by phone call and email from dealership. Car taken immediately; loaner waiting, and all individuals very cordial and professional. Called and emailed when work completed. Vehicle was incredibly clean! Duane helped me transfer items from loaner to my vehicle and explained everything that was done for the maintenance. Would not hesitate to purchase next vehicle from Lexus of Ann Arbor.
These gentlemen made me feel so welcome at the service center; even though I did not purchase my Lexus from their dealership. I came in just for an oil change and to check out a noise in the front on the drivers side. I had purchased the car used in NJ (that's where I live) about a year ago. After about a month of driving it I heard this noise which turned out to be a warped rotor. This was fixed at the dealership in NJ. I had to bring the car in twice because the first time they could't find it. This was my first Lexus and my first SUV. They asked me how I liked it. I had a lot of questions that your sales representative seemed to be quite informative about. He was able to give me a ballpark range of what the trade in value of my current vehicle would be. He laid out payment options for a couple of the cars I was inquiring about. Mr. Heringhaus seemed to be very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. Ramey was INCREDIBLY helpful and keeping me informed with everything that was going on during the process of my repair. He gave me an ETA, and even took me down to the shop floor and explained exactly what was going on. He also was able to get in contact with the issuer of my warranty to save me hundreds of dollars in repair work that was covered by the warranty. Ram is the best!!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought our first Lexus, an ES, at Lexus of Ann Arbor in 2004. Had it serviced there until we traded it in 2006. Our current cars, a GX and a GS, were both purchased there and we have always had them serviced there. All of the staff, Ramey Miller in particular, have been great to work with and service has always been top notch. Granted, Lexus service is a little pricy, but but the technicians are Lexus trained, so I know my cars are serviced properly.
