OK Experience I was asked to buy three different up-sell items, none of which were necessary. The service experience was otherwise good. They did not do a very good job washing the car.
Accommodating and helpful staff The staff was very accommodating and helpful making it an enjoyable experience. While we were in the process of taking care of the paper work and the transaction, the car was getting washed and I was able to drive off the lot in my beautiful, new Lexus.
Professional Service throughout the transaction Credit to Lexus of Ann Arbor for their professionalism throughout the entire purchase experience. Both the sales manager, Bryan, and the salesman George Freij were competent, professional, and polite. They treated us fairly and were completely transparent in all financial matters. Having a driver bring me the license plate was above and beyond the call of duty, but much appreciated.
Professional service Always courteous ...always helpful ..very customer oriented. My wife and i have had 4 Lexus vehicles i. The past 8 years. We have been maintenance servicing (on schedule) soley at Lexus of Ann Arbor....we have never had a mechanical problem with any of the cars.....ever ! We have watched the service dept. go through changes ..both in process and in personnel ....I can say , as of this writing (july. 2015) this is the best customer related operation of this dept. I have seen. Thanks to all at Lexus.
Nice job A2 Lexus Service. The staff I dealt with were friendly, polite, and courteous. My vehicle returned to me freshly washed and clean and the carpet was vacuumed, which I appreciate.
A pleasant service experience My wife and I had just purchased a used vehicle from Lexus of Ann Arbor before the 4th of July weekend. The vehicle itself had a lot of miles on it, but being true to Lexus form you couldn't tell by driving it. We took it on a test drive and loved it. We bought it that very day. However later in the same day our excitement had turned to concern, since we noticed a loud scraping sound emanating from underneath the rear passenger side of the vehicle. Friendly and went the extra mile I got off work a little earlier than expected and called to see if I could get in for an oil change. They took me right in and washed my car and polished up the wheels and tires. Very nice, friendly and professional.
