Excellent customer service from Corey Warren Corey provided supreme service, he was patient, not pushy. I 've purchased several cars, by far he is the best salesperson I've encountered!!!! I would use him and again in the future and refer others to him as well. Great job and I am loving my second Lexus!
Solving unusual problems We had taken this vehicle, LX 470, 2002, to several Lexus dealers in the area for intermittent non-starting problem, and each time, the work was rushed and bandaged and the probblem pessisted. Duane Truhn best service manager ever!!!!! I drive completely out of my way to go to this dealership for anything, even an oil change. All because the customer care and service is outstanding. You get the best customer service and they care about the customers needs. If they need my car for a long period of time Duane always has a car for me to take home so I do not have to sit and wait. Service Visit I consistently go to this dealer for service even though it is not the closest to my home, actually a 45 minute drive. Only complaint is a skimpy refreshment center.
Exchange of winter tires Duane was very friendly, understood my needs, fixed me up with a loaner, and completed the repair to my satisfaction and on time. They are not the cheapest repair shop but I do not mind paying a little more for the quality of service they provide.

I can in to the service center without an appointment. Mr. Wilson and his staff were able to do my 5000 mile check up without a problem. He made sure to let me know that it was not an inconvenience to the service center. He was extremely professional and polite. They made me feel like I was their favorite customer.
