Airbag Recall Excellent service. They got my 2014 IS250 in right away and finished it up 11/2 hours early. Even topped of the gas! Ross Fahlen was superb!

Your important Service with a smile, very attentive and friendly. From drop off to pick up very accommodating, helpful and made things convenient for you. In checking car found two tires had to be replaced cause of staples causing irrepairable damage. Complete car service and recall in a timely matter.
Best in Service As always, the best in service attentiveness and quality. This is a dealership that actually CARES. Hard to find these days. My only regret is that there is no Lexus of Seattle located IN SEATTLE. I wish it could be this group.
Outstanding commitment David Hara was very low prussure and made the experience enjoyable. The team at Lexus of Bellevue did every thing I asked and honored everything they said they would. David built trust with me and I will buy my next car/cars from him. I seriously didn’t think the could do what I was asking, but they did, and they did it honestly without smoke and mirrors.

A Great car buying experience! Dario our salesman made it very pleasant to buy our car. No pressure. Answered all of our questions and if he couldn’t answer a question, he would get an answer for us. It was obvious it was important that we were happy with the purchase. Dario followed up with us the next day and continued to follow up with us to assist on making an appointment to get a wrap put on the front of our car.
