He has a solid working knowledge about the ES model and can explain maintenance/repair in understandable terms. His follow thru is top-notch too.

Excellent services I did regular maintenance at Bellevue location, the online booking service is convenient, my service consultant Jeff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is cozy and service is quick. In general, Lexus services are reliable
