Maintenance Been there 3 times so far, experience has been very well so far! The people treat me great, it makes me feel good. I’ll be there many more times! HA !
satisfied client I have owned a Lexus from this dealer since 1992, and have always been happy with their service. Recently I damaged my right front tire and had to have it replaced. It was under warranty and was replaced without cost to me. I had the car aligned, so had to leave the car and was supplied a loaner.
Oil change I love every time I go they wash my car but this time was closed for repairs, kind of sad but their customer service is excellent!!
Continued great service. Pushing 75k miles on my RX400h, probably the best car I’ve ever owned, and after each service visit I know the machine is ready for whatever could come along. The service reps are always friendly and professional; just worked with Austen who is knowledgeable and a great person to chat with. The facilities also provide excellent spaces to get work done while waiting. Lexus of Bellevue is the place to get and maintain a bulletproof vehicle.

40,000 mile service A. Hasty was a pleasure to deal with. Good info given in advance of cost. Helpful with getting a shuttle ride and timely in contacting me when servicing was done. Definitely will want him as service person at next visit.
