Doing the 90,000 mile service on my 2014 IS250 Very pleased with Service Rep. Alex Tager. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I travel about 50 miles one way to go to this Dealership from Gig Harbor, WA. when there is a much closer dealer in Tacoma, because of my confidence in Alex.
Lexus of Bellevue always delivers I've always had a great experience when taking my car in for service. And this last time was no exception - I took my car in because it was making a funny chugging sound whenever I started the engine. I told the service dept that this noise started after I got my car back from its regularly scheduled maintenance the week before. First class service! Excellent service. All I had to do was drop my car off and I explain the issue I had. I was out within minutes and they had my RCF back to 100% within a couple hours. The advisor Gerald was polite, professional, and very helpful. Overall excellent experience I will definitely be a return customer.

Regular service for my 2004 LS 430. Great service by professional and courteous employees at the dealership. It is a bit pricy for some of basic services. Have been a customer of Lexus of Bellevue for over 20+ years.
Service for my RX 350 Just did service on my RX 350. Aside from the normal oil change, passenger side headlight sent out and was replaced. My car is 5 years old and not covered by warranty anymore. BJ at the service department actually went beyond what was expected and called Lexus to get the light bulb and the ECU replaced for free for the parts. I just needed to cover the labor. Very happy with the service as always.
