Adele, Bellevue WA BJ Ivy is always Great, he is knowledgeable about my RX400 and always gives me good advise. I had a noise in the left rear of the car. He called me as soon as the tec found the problem and my car was ready in a few hours. Thank you BJ for taking care of me and my car.

Service Maintenance - 25,000 miles I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM on Tues. 11/13, but completely forgot about it. I called about noon to apologize and asked if I could reschedule. Alan " AJ" Jensen said how about this afternoon, so we rescheduled for 2 PM. Everyone I dealt with was attentive, courteous and kind. They told me it would take about 2 hours, but they called me at just over an hour. The car was cleaned and serviced with care.

Excellent job Every one did a great job. Michael and Luke dropped off and picked up us on time and so polite. Eric helped me to prepare everything for service. And the greatest thing is everyone did on time. To be honest, that’s really important for a busy mom!
Ross Fahlen in the service department is the Best! Car was ready on time - just as Ross said it would be even though it was an extremely busy day. Washed and vacuumed as well!!
