Great personalized service Our car needed it's scheduled maintenance. We came in and received the maintenance our car needed. Upon doing the maintenance the service crew discovered some rodents had been chewing on the cables(wires) of the engine(pesty little critters). So we had them do the needed repairs. Austin was friendly, kind and informative. Although we usually see Alan Jensen, he had the day off. Austin was a great substitute.
2016 Lexus IS 300 warranty service Austin went above and beyond to answer our concerns about the repairs to our car. Very professional in his presentation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Very professional Very professional team of folks in the service department. The waiting area is very comfortable, quiet and has good Wi-Fi-- good place to get work done while your car is being serviced.
Excellent service as always This Lexus facility is second to none. The building is situated in close proximity to downtown Bellevue and has all sorts of facilities to keep you busy and/or engaged during the time they perform service on your vehicle. They also provide free shuttle and loaner cars. I would like to give a shoutout to Ross in the service department who has been taking very well care of me and my car.
good service After the service my car was totally clean inside and out side. when I brought my car, the fuel tank was almost empty, but after the service the fuel was full. I was hurry to go back to my work so this was the most I appreciated and thank you very much!
Great service at Lexus of Bellevue! I needed a 25K maintenance and they got me in at the last minute. I live on the East side of Washington state and often don't know when I can get over the mountain. I had a meeting and was glad I could get this done. Eric was great! Even got me a shuttle to enjoy lunch at Bellevue Square while the service was done! They were quick, thorough and attentive. Thanks so much!
