They deserve a five star rating!! The service manager, Piper, deserves the Service Manager of the Year award! We took our RX (that wasn’t purchased there) in for a check-up. When we picked it up we noticed a problem and brought it to her attention. They could have disputed the problem, however Piper handeled it with the courtesy and professionalism that only a 5-star service department could. I give them a standing ovation!!👏👏
Sam in service was outy This was my 4th service. Best to date. I got in immediately and Sam was professional. He not only contacted me when my car was finished but even took time to change battery in my key fob

RX 35000 mile service and some warranty thing Our service advisor Jeff DeVere is awesome. From product knowledge to service requirements to recommendations for tires, and all other things. All services available to us are always delivered in a courteous professional and timely manner.
You know it's done right I take my car to the dealer where I bought my car because I know the quality of the work and I completely trust AJ the service manager I work with. The waiting area has wifi, PC's for use, cable tv and a putting area. The waiting is clean with clean bathrooms.
Internet Sales Staff - Top Tommy Hoat and Reese were super helpful, knowledgeable, polite and very respected of my time. They are honest and straight-forward when working with me; they even pointed out cosmetic things that I missed and offered to make it right before I have a chance to ask. Lexus of Bellevue made my used car purchased a breeze. Love the attention to detail of the home delivery program and pictures with the Big Red Bow! Thank you!
