Having issue in startup the car they able to fix JD was an excellent Cutomer Representative always meeting my needs in my car courteous and honest. I have installed rear end sensor at car toys that cause problems with my cars now it’s resolved. I’m happy with the service provided

30,000 miles service on Lexus 2013 RX 450 BJ Ivy was very helpful in setting up a great appointment time for me. He did a superior job explaining which service to select. Also, because it was going to be a long process, he arranged for a loner car. This helped a great deal as I had a wife at home that just had hip surgery. This enabled me to attend to her while the car was serviced. Subsequent check out was very timely and easy!
The service department is top notch. Miss being able to get a bit of lunch upstairs. Other than that our experience was outstanding. Everyone is efficient and professional. We will continue to purchase and service our vehicles at L of B

Smooth experience all around Greeted professionally as I arose from my car, checked in by rep in just minutes, upstairs sipping coffee and working on my computer in a corporate hotel-like atmosphere. Good coffee, BTW!

overall great experience Went looking for a older used car was shown original vehicle ended up getting a suv newer then the one I went to look at and was not pressured to purchase more expensive of the 2. Was brought back numbers and options on both and was helped in the process run smoothly will definitely go back again. Thanks Isaiah for the great service and help!
