Best Service Department Ever!! The Service Department is awesome! Had a maintenance reminder come up on my vehicle, and I totally lost track of my miles. I went in without an appointment and they were able to take care of me. It took a little bit longer than expected, but I was in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Excellent Service! I've been taking my Lexus to Bellevue since I bought it in 2008. Always a positive experience. My service lead Alex keeps me updated on service work and lets me know all costs expected. She always asks before fixing any unexpected items found. Easy to drop off/pick up vehicle and all everyone I've met has been very friendly and professional.

The greeters/valets are incredibly nice and super helpful, the service techs are top-notch and always have my car done on time and right, and the free shuttle drivers are on-time and super pleasant.
