My dayghter reported excellent support & service. During my absence my daughter brought my car in for determination of a problem seemingly related to front end braking. The problem was identified and promptly corrected while she waited. Excellent overall support/service.
President Alex did great job with service on my Lexus. Service was done quickly and enjoyed shuttle service to and from. Car clean and ready to go.

Another amazing experience from Jeff Lewis! This is my second purchase experience from Lexus of Bellevue. When my 2015 was totaled I contacted Jeff Lewis and he sent me numbers right away! As soon as my vehicle arrived he sent me a photo and made the process amazingly simple! Not only is the showroom beautiful but the friendly smiles always make me happy! Great Customer service experience Took my car to be serviced, was taken care of by AJ, what a pleasant experience, was able to check in-in less than 5 minutes and my car was ready in a couple of hours. This is my first Lexus, and service has been a great customer experience
