Service at lexus Customer service was great. It would be nice to speed up the oil change a little. Free car wash is an awesome gimmick/service but should do a better job drying the car. The roof was wet, actually untouched. Makes no sense cleaning the windows and windshield if water runs back down to it.
5000 mile checkup great, all the staff is professional. The facility is nice, complimentary edibles. Estimated time of service is pretty accurate. Service reps are very helpful. I think that's about it

Recommended Recall repair. Gave me a rental, as one could expect. I had brought my car in on empty... they returned it to me filled. Nice touch!!!!
Professional and Timely Service We bought our RX350 new from this location a few years ago. We received excellent customer service from then on. I continue to schedule all maintenance through this facility with great ease of scheduling and excellent servicing time. They also tell me if they find anything I need to be concerned about prior to making any decisions.
