HIGH MARKS FOR SERVICE The service personnel were courteous and professional. An accurate estimate was provided, and the lounge area was wonderful. I was promptly notified when the service was complete.
155K Mile Service - Organized by Alan Jensen As usual, I worked with Alan J and was able to arrange for my 155K mile service on short notice and at a time convenient for me. The service work was completed well before the estimated completion time, and when the car was returned to me, it had been cleaned both outside and inside. Good job Lexus of Bellevue. Also got a complete list of everything done to the car which I keep in my records to support that I have faithfully sought and received recommended service appointments.
Service comments AJ is my service rep. He consistently provides excellent service/help whenever I ask. He did it again this time doing a couple of little extras that will make use of my LS 460 even more enjoyable.
Experience The staff at Lexus of Bellevue was great. McKay was a great sales associate. The thing I noticed was how helpful employees were to us but also each other. They went out of their way to ensure a good experience.

2016 NX The experience was AWSOME. Lenna bent over backwards to help me find just the right car I would be happy with. Tommy helped me with the financing. Having to transfer funds took longer than expected, with his help there was no problem. Being single, I had no one to help me pick the vehicle up. Again they came through with delivering the vehicle to my home and spent time explaining all the electrical equipment . This is one of the best experiences I have had.
