Service appointment My experience at Lexus of Bellevue has always been positive when taking my car in for service. BJ Ivy was my Service Consultant and he was great. He was very professional and courteous.
Excellent service from Josh. Went to Lexus of Bellevue to have a tire pressure warning light turned off. I met with Josh who listened to my concern, checked my car and immediately called for the tire specialist. They found 2 nails in one of the tires. Josh signed me in for car repairs and directed me to the waiting area. He contacted me shortly and explained they found another tire had a nail in it. Great Service for Lexus Owners I received a notification in the mail that there was a recall on the passenger airbag of one of our Lexus models we own. When I called they were able to scheduled an appt. within two days. It was taken care of very quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. They also as a courtesy, washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Thank you, Lexus of Bellevue for your timely appointments and your attention to detail.

Renewed confidence Had a previous bad experience with Lexus of Bellevue. However, with this recent visit I have renewed confidence with the service. My service specialist SAM was exceptional. Called me to keep me posted on the status of service and to give me a heads up of the wait time. Only small issues I had was the valet drop off point.
