Excellent service Have been in service departments for Bellevue Rover and BMW recently, and Lexus was far superior in service, space to park, friendliness, thoughtful layout of department, and overall customer experience.

We were looking for a Lexus ES350, 2018. We had McKay Rands helping us to choose a car. He was very helpful and had the information we were looking for. He let us drive both ES300h and ES350. The next day he showed us cars of different colors that Bellevue Lexus had in their yard. We selected one and bought it the same day. The sale process was very smooth.
I love bringing my car here for service! I have had several repairs and service appointments at Lexus of Bellevue and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are flexible as to when you can bring your car in. They are respectful of my time and always try to get the car out earlier than promised, and the facility provides snacks and coffee and a great place to work while you are waiting for your car.
