Car agent The guy help me to buy a new car don’t explain me about how work the accessories the new car need to spend time another day go back to dealer and another problem the car have some paint scratches the costumer guys charge me almost 1,000 dollars for fix so people check yours cars before bring to the house

Poor Technology Service Experience I made an appointment for initial 1,000 mile service. Partly this was a check that the car required nothing by way of service, and part was an appointment with the technology service desk to answer questions. The first part went fine. The second part did not. When I arrived the person behind the desk was alone and couldn't follow me to the car to field questions. Later, when a second person arrived, they followed me to the car. owner car was not washed or cleaned as per our sales agreement. I would not recommend this dealer because of the lack of follow through to commitments.

Be aware of the service Department!!! I had a such bad experience at this time for my 55k maintenance service First of all, I was actually planning to go for front windshield rain sensor service since I replaced it from safelite auto glass and lexus service department said I needed to get a recalibration for my vehicle I asked how much it will be then they answered it will take 2-3 hours which will cost about $450 I felt that it was kind of too much for that so I went to safelite auto glass again asked about to adjust the ra... read more

Austen Hasty, Service Consultant, Lexus of Bellvue Austen provided a concise explanation of the type of service my RX350 needed at 50k miles. He also suggested replacing my 8 year old battery before it goes bad since I have been experiencing some problems with starting my car.

Service and repair of my car I went in to get my 15k service yesterday it seemed to be busy even with all the snow on the ground I was told it should take two hours but I was out of there in about one hour GREAT!!!

Uncomfortable I was very uncomfortable when I got some service done on my 2019 new RX 450h. I dont care what happened at work, at home or whatever reason but make customers comfortable when they come there. I received very cold feeling from service guy. im not looking for a smile but I was almost afraid to ask something. Not really impressed with the service department . The car wash wasn’t working and they did not want to give me a service vehicle I almost took it to another dealership .after he noticed I was going somewhere else a loaner car appeared

Extended warranty is a scam Employees are nice but extended warranty is a scam. 4 different employees gave me conflicting and incorrect information. After more than a month in the shop my car still isn't right. Terrible customer service.
