Don't buy a car at Lexus of Bellevue We purchased a car and within 24 hours the check engine light came on its still on.So far the fuel pump and turbo were replaced the catylitic converter s need replacing and the general manager manager Nick Field is no longer returning out calls. Warranty Failure Sam and his manager did not provide the duty of care that I have come to experience at O’Brien. I’ve purchased 2 cars with O’Brien, serviced without fail exclusively at O’Brien, and had a legitimate car failure occurring during warranty coverage that was not addressed.
Lexus lx470 service terrible slow. way to expensive. not as knowledgeable as should be. car came back dirty- no wash, no vaccuum. lexus of bellevue has gone way downhill. their prices are to high, and they used to care about their customers but not any more.
do not buy used car here. do not buy used car here. what you will hear, after addressing some problems after the test drive, "it is pre-owned and cannot be perfect".
Bait and Switch When the car was purchased this last spring i was told by my sales person that when i brought my car in for service I would get a loaner. I have a Mercedes and have always received a loaner no matter what service they provided. They called to tell us we were due for our 6 month service and was told they don't provid loaners if the service is less than 4 hrs. Routine Service My car was done in one hour, and then parked for one hour, I then had to ask the service department for my car Thank you
New Tires Only dealership where I can call for an appointment to replace all tires, get scheduled in 20 minutes, arrive on-site, receive a loaner car and in 3hours get called that my car is ready for pick-up. The only issue (albeit extremely minor) was one of the valve covers were missing but the Service rep corrected that in minutes
Avoid this place Worst service experience ever. I would rate this place 0 star if I can. What thought to be a routine oil change/maintenance service became a nightmare. I took my 2019 lexus ux for a 20k maintenance on aug 15, 2 hours later I came to pick up my car. Did not get the warranty we were told. They lie We were told we had a bumper to bumper warranty which was a lie. We were rushed through in signing papers and deceived about more than one thing.
