Stolen money I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I dropped off my car I had 25 dollars sitting in the cup holder. When the car was returned to me I had only the 5 dollar bill. The 20 was inside the 5 originally and was now missing. I thought a dealership like Lexus would not have dishonest people working for them but I was wrong. They have sold a option for a car which can't use. We have leased a car from Lexus with several car option such as "Repair wheel protection plan". However, when we tried to use the plan, the service said our car wheel was not cover by the plan. We paid $1400 for the option. The service said the sales should refund the money. I have talked with our sales person, but he said the plan should cover payment for fixing the wheel. The sales said they would found the solution for the problem. Oil change and minority fixe Great job,l got what I need. Long Time ago I have bought a used car they sold to me a very bad car, when return the they did not refund my money bad ......they lied to me, they said the car is in good condition ,but the engine is bad, the oil it emptied when I drive about 300 miles.
Not a good experience This dealership sells "Permaplate" aka Appearance Protection Package it's an interior and exterior warranty package that they sell. Non refundable they say now....that I want a refund, but I was told it was refundable. They obviously said that to make the sale. I was promised certain warranty coverages by 2 different saleman and upon reading the contract, it's not covered. Stay away - Worst dealer They set the prices to their advantage and won't budge a penny on them, worst dealer I've been to as far as being able to negotiated a fair value on your car, they gave us a value of $11000 when I blue booked it I came out to $13890. All they had to do was give us $14600 and we improbably would have bought the car. If you go their beware, they don't value their return customers or their opinions, their cars also depreciate quickly. It's their way or the highway.

First, we were introduced to David Hara, who took us step by step through the process. He was very informative and answered all questions we had.
