Rodent damage repaired overnight. Started car and many Problem Messages appeared including "Visit Your Dealer". So I proceeded to the dealership. Before long I was back on my way to my intended destinations in a loaner. The next day the rodent damage to the main wiring harness was repaired.
Just OK car service. Be aware of upsale tactics. Service was good, consultants trying to upsale all the time, estimate will never match final amount. Apart from that, overall just ok, I have seen better car service places. Other Lexus loactions are better than this one. Don't believe everything the agent says, one of them tried to sell 30k mile service to me when the car was just 18k. They don't follow manuals, recommendations are based on how much money they are going to earn as opposed to what is required for the car.
Do you self a favor and don’t buy Lexus!!! I don’t recommend Lexus of Bellevue they don’t put costumers first last Saturday I when to do oil change and I’m ask to check the car. head unit and I finish paying $ 560 and they don’t even pull the head unit Also they want me to pay $ 2500 for a refurbished part no even a new part this is ridiculous
Ewing $650.00 to repair a leak in the interior cause by bad ac design and they can't even reinstall the floor mats. Never answered phone calls or returned phone calls.
Service and detail Schedule service with full detail which was repeated back, but detail had not been scheduled when I arrived at scheduled time. Took about an hour before they confirmed it could be worked in. Also requested partial gas fill. Not completed. Other than that service very good.
Poor follow up I thought I found the right used vehicle at a quality reputable dealership. I am from outside the area and had to travel to the dealership. I bought a used BMW from the dealership. The sales process was reasonable. The vehicle had a significant breakdown prior to getting it home from the dealership. The dealership had it towed back. car owner AC not working. "Recharged" and reported to be working properly. Did not work on first try and returned for repair. Compressor replaced and now working properly. Only 1/2 of original charge reimbursed, even though it did not fix the problem. Also, detail work was not good and had to be re-done.
Declining Service Over the years Lexus of Bellevue has been getting worse. Even the service manager after 17 years quit because he didn't like the direction it was going and had his hands tied to improve it. 20 years of going to this dealer for service that I no longer will but Lexus just to avoid having to deal with them.
15k service They did not stamp my maintenance book nor reset my maintenance reminder in my car even they left a checklist in my car stating they have done them.
