Drove from Bloomington, IN, to Greenville because these guys had the car we wanted. All paperwork completed, car financed, registered, insured and ready to drive home when we arrived with just a few signatures. Bobby Pappas was a fab salesman and everyone there rocks. (And we love our Lexus.)

We have been dealing with Lexus of Greenville for 3 years now. Have bought 2 cars from them and many visits with the service department. Everything has been excellent. Drove 1-1/2 hrs from NC to Lexus of GVL to have my car serviced and a gasket replaced. Although they had to order the part, they loaned me a nearly new, comfortable ES to drive home and use over the weekend until my car repairs could be completed. Very polite, helpful and accommodating to a mature widow with a Velcro boot on one foot! Love the lounge snacks and Quiet Room to read while waiting.
I got ready to leave the house that morning and the cars was dead; I did get it out of the garage and got it going and took it straight to the dealership. i was told that there was a couple of recalls that could possibly cause a drain on the battery. when all was said and done, the car was washed and returned to me with at thank you, no charge. have a great day. No trouble was found and was on my way. great service dept.
