Money grab The lower rating is due to the lack of a good solution from the service department. We paid $3600 about 5 months ago for multiple “issues “ they said we had in our NX200. Last week the “check engine” light comes on again. We pay them $200 for a diagnostic… we don’t know… pay us $1400 so we can open up the engine block to see if the internal oil filters are block… NO thanks

No Bull Lexus at Tacoma is simply the best dealer in this area, if not the US. No exaggeration. I have lived in many parts of the world, and few have come even close to matching the excellence of service personnel and overall friendly atmosphere is the place.

Long wait time and Expensive Been a long time customer for over 15 years. Recently, had a 3+ hour wait for a $150 oil change. Not happy. Thinking to go elsewhere next time. _GS

What happened Lexus!! We were charged $200 to diagnose our vehicle. The result of the problem was “they don’t know”. They recommended we put out car on a trickle charger when not using it. We haven’t had a problem with it for 8 years and now we should put it on a trickle charger?! We’ve taken our car there for 8 years and would rate them highly, till now. I talked to Nick, the manager, Who reinforced what the technician said and recommended that we drive the vehicle at least 45 minutes every other day to keep the charge up. ... read more

What is this? Do you want my review or not? I really don't feel like writing anything. This should not be a required entry. The people at the dealership were wonderful and is the only reason I am persisting through this BS of having to write something so that whoever you are can know that the people at Lexus of Tacoma did a wonderful job.

Subhas chand The people at Lexus of Tacoma sucks. From sales to finance. Everyone of them had no customer service . They were mean and full of lies try to rip you off.

Corvette Salesman pushy , wanted to get the car. Sold . Wasn’t interested in my needs . Finance department Amy our first meeting was down right rude . I wouldn’t go back to this dealership. I will say Ethan the second salesperson who helped listened understood my needs and was pleasant. I own a Lexus and bought mine in Seattle of Lexus a whole different experience. People were so friendly and eager to help .

These can't be true about the service center Horrible horrible I had my car towed in because I needed diagnostic it wouldn't start lexus tells me I need a battery and starter. So I went to get a new battery the starter was already brand new I have receipts as proof . I tell them I have a new battery now I know I don't need a starter. It's a security issue. They told me since I'm basically doubting there job I need to come get my car they will not work on it. xxx now I'm supposed to get it towed away no way. I will never deal... read more

RX350L You cannot go wrong in buying a car buying from this dealer. There is not one negative comment to post about O'Brien's Lexus Dealership. I'm sorry we didn't go there sooner if that tells you anything.
