Terrible Buying Experience This was the third visit to this dealership and we walked away not purchasing a new car for the third time. They are not willing to deal or adjust their prices to help fit your finances. Does not meet expectations Usually I dont write reviews, but this time I have to. The way Lexus of Tacoma is doing some business is not right. I had a bad experience with them first time about a year ago, but I considered it a mistake. Second one was 2 days ago, so this is not a mistake anymore, its a way of doing business. Brought my car in for 5000 mile service The process for scheduling my service was excellent and the customer service was exceptioal at the dealership. My car was completed within the time and was washed and vacuumed clean when returned to me.
Recently purchased 2015 Toyota Avalon car from the Recently purchased 2015 Toyota Avalon car from them. 2 days later got check engine ON. When called 2 DAYS after the car purchase, everyone, including sales person and according to him, his manager refused any help, any suggestions. Just not fair, not honest and very Unprofessional. Dealership provided me with 3 free oil change services for the next one year, but no one could not verified if this works at any Lexus or just Tacoma one. Retired Lexus of Fife is the Gold Standard for customer service. No wonder they are the number one automobile brand. This is my third Lexus and most likely not my last.
Lexus RX Service is always done with care and the service agent is courteous and on top of any changes and informative. I love how they treat me as a customer and the work is good.
Dealership is not willing to negotiate. This dealership was not willing to negotiate any price differences from listed price. They obtained on trade car had 2 accidents and they would not even take 500 off of sale price. Take it or leave it approach. I walked away disappointed. This was a 10k sale they passed on. Wow!!

Avoid the Service Department The primary goal of the service department is to separate you from your money -- not solve problems. I was out of town and my son's iphone cable got stuck in the USB port of my wife's brand new (purchased at Lexus of Seattle -- another story) CT200h. The service department told her that she broke it by putting the cable in backwards. Team Lexus I purchased my used car from Lexus of Fife, and because the customer service was so outstanding that I will only deal with Lexus. Leo Pate made buying car look too easy. One phone call and a couple of hours,I was driving off the lot. No pressure,I wasn't rushed. I will highly recommend Lexus of Fife.
