Accountability Purchased a certified NX hybrid a month ago and have purchased many vehicles before from them! Was told from A-JR. With our purchase we would have auto start included for 2 years and we would get an email within a week! Never got and email and reached out to A-JR. And was told I would take care of it and obviously he never did and we never heard back. Not stand up guys. I bought a car roughly 9 months ago from Ty Hall at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. Extended warranty all the extras. I roughly spent $22K on the car. Bad Experience Not a good experience. All service department was rude, racist and unprofessional with me. They threw paperwork at me to sign. I had to talk to several managers to try to get some help, they tried belittle the situation, and pretend that the situation was not a big deal. I felt profiled because of my appearance and becasue of my language. I will never buy a vehicle from them. These people are racist.
2018 RX350 one year service Engine oil serviced 1/2"above the full line. Two wheel lug nuts not torqued correctly. One was at 60 ft lbs and the other was at 100 ft lbs. All others were correctly torqued to 80 ft lbs.
Loyal Lexus owner Ed, the service representative was great, but the car was delivered with dirt on seat. Mechanics need to maintain the premium service expected at the dealer considering price paid.
Brand new rx350 audio system completely broke down I had to come back here twice. Once for something the dealership missed to install and I was charged for the second time for complete failure of audio system. Yes complete failure. Not only wasted 2 days but had to wait 3 hours each time.
