A fantastic care home which is well designed and well run. The environment is warm and welcoming and both care and pastoral services are excellent. Residents are respected and treated as adults. There are plenty of activities and all are encouraged to attend and/or take part. Good quality food and a nice bar. The all-in pricing is great for visitors and enables residents to host their loved ones.

Words cannot express our thanks for the extremely high level of care at Leycester House, not only throughout the 15 months that my mother-in-law has been a resident but most especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The level of care is exceptional and the kindness of the staff is overwhelming. We have had regular updates on the situation whilst we are unable to visit the home and know that the staff have everyone's best interest at heart. Thank you for all your care, we really appreciate it.

My mother has been exceptionally well cared for by the wonderful Leycester House staff since moving in six months ago. They have been especially diligent, comforting and professional during a recent period in which she has been suffering with her health. Given that this has happened against the background of the Coronavirus pandemic their care has been even more remarkable. I can only offer the manager and all her staff my heartfelt thanks on behalf of our whole family.

Mum and Dad have lived at Leycester House for over two years and the care they have received has been outstanding. They both have dementia and the care they receive has really put my mind at rest that they are happy, safe and secure. The team looking after them are fantastic and so caring. Mum has really got a second lease of life since she moved here - she loves the events and the warm social environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending - well done to the whole team.

My ninety-three-year-old father has been a resident of Leycester House now for four months and I cannot say enough how wonderful it is and how well he has, and is being cared for and supported. Before entering Leycester House he had been living on his own for many years and I was concerned about how he would adapt but I needn't had worried as the Leycester House staff have been absolutely outstanding caring for his every need and he settled in easily. Caring, kind and wonderful home - couldn’t wish for anything more in terms of Mum’s care. Mum is on the residential floor and is treated with respect and kindness even though she sometimes needs to be reminded about her P’s and Q’s.

As soon as we went through the doors of Leycester House we knew this would be the best place for our relative to be cared for, it was welcoming and felt a happy place to be. The staff were amazing supporting our relative to maintain his independence which was very important to him. When the time came and he needed more help, this was given with complete respect so his dignity was maintained. The care we were given and support was greatly appreciated.
