Pre-qualification letters were delivered promptly and all questions were answered by a representative with deep knowledge of the real estate transactions. The documentation requests indicated this was a serious lender doing its homework. I didn't end making an offer because the real estate market in the area I was looking seems overpriced, but I definitely would recommend this lender.

Cole was awesome ! As a first time home buyer I did t really know what to expect, he made it a smooth transaction. Great to work with and made everything the about home buying process easy to follow . Was constantly in contact and kept me updated during whole process . Definitely would use him again in the future .

I'm not sure words can express how happy I am with this company at this point. I worked with Isaac Quijano and to put it simply he was the best!! My refinance was very trying as we ran into every problem we possibly could and he was right there with me through the whole process. Anthony was such a pleasure to work with. Always on top of things with a warm enthusiastic attitude throughout the entire process. His responses were always quick and he listened to what i had to say. He got me a great FHA loan with great rates and terms. He was able to refer me to other pros i needed who were also very professional.

At first I was Skeptical but Cole put my mind at ease. Very easy to work, easy to talk to and very informative. Any time I need him he either one answered his phone or called me back ASAP. I would recommend Cole to anyone looking at to buy a house. He got the cash too close at a good price got my interest rate fixed and low in my opinion. You want an honest, hard working down right good fella then Cole Shawhan is your guy.
