Very Friendly, knowledgeable, "working for you," service. Calls returned, questions answered, timelines met. Cole was amazing! The timing was not perfect during our process, $650 appraisal fee from another company, pre-covid, but this company did not miss a beat or let us down. Chris is quite literally part spiritual guru, part mortgage banker, part genuine super human. He walked me through crisis moments, made sure to always have my best interests at heart, and was a true pleasure to work with. He is the absolute best —an angel. Recently bought a house with Cole as our loan originator. From the start he was communicating with us almost everyday. Cole watched the rates like a hawk and locked it in at the lowest rate Since we started looking at a house. Near the end we had some hick ups, but Cole walked us through even through closing. I would highly suggest him to anyone that is buying a house.
So my husband and I recently bought our very first house, exciting right? Well If it wasn't for Chris and all his hard work and dedication we would not be where we are today! It took a total of 7 months to close on our house because of things not related to our lender"Liberty Home Mortgage".
