I was tooling around on Zillow when I decided I wanted to get pre-approved for a loan. At the time, I had no idea what I’d be able to afford. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Todd reached out to me and was a greater help than I could have imagined. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of uncertainties and questions. Todd answered all my questions with patience and transparency. He also referred me a fantastic realtor, which also helped make the home buying process so seamless. I highly recommend working with Todd!
Todd was more than helpful to my wife and I. He walked us through the process and gave us much needed suggestions when needed. He always returned our calls in a timely manner. Very easy to work with very knowledgeable and always pleasant to talk to. When we didn’t think we could qualify he help us and a little over 30 days we closed on our home. What a Blessing. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, as I’ve been told buying a home is an extremely tedious and stressful milestone, but Todd made everything so easy for me! Todd was very helpful from our first conversation all the way through to closing on our house and then he followed up. I would highly recommend Todd. He was able to communicate at any hour, including weekends and promptly got answers to any questions we had. As a first time home buyer i was a little nervous and confused at first about everything! I greatly appreciated Cole’s guidance and reassurance during a very stressful time. I cannot recommend him enough. He was always available or quick to respond. He made sure to answer all my questions or concerns to the best of his ability. In this line of business I think it would be fairly difficult to find someone as caring and as dedicated as Cole. Todd went above and beyond what I ever Imagined a Loan Officer would do. He spent many late nights, early mornings and weekends too, on the phone explaining every little detail with me. He had everything taken care of up front so there were no surprises when it was time for the final review.
