I'm a first time home buyer... the process is overwhelming and scary to begin with but working with Todd was a huge relieve off of my shoulders. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and communicated sooo much through-out the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Todd!!!

I was tooling around on Zillow when I decided I wanted to get pre-approved for a loan. At the time, I had no idea what I’d be able to afford. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Todd reached out to me and was a greater help than I could have imagined. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of uncertainties and questions. Todd answered all my questions with patience and transparency. He also referred me a fantastic realtor, which also helped make the home buying process so seamless. Todd was more than helpful to my wife and I. He walked us through the process and gave us much needed suggestions when needed. He always returned our calls in a timely manner. Very easy to work with very knowledgeable and always pleasant to talk to. When we didn’t think we could qualify he help us and a little over 30 days we closed on our home. What a Blessing. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, as I’ve been told buying a home is an extremely tedious and stressful milestone, but Todd made everything so easy for me! He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how simple or silly, and explained everything in laymen’s terms so I understood every aspect of the process. Todd was very helpful from our first conversation all the way through to closing on our house and then he followed up. I would highly recommend Todd. He was able to communicate at any hour, including weekends and promptly got answers to any questions we had.
