I had no idea what the process would look like but max walked me through it each step of the way. I felt like I had a lot of dumb questions but he did a great job taking the time to answer each one and really educate me on the process. In the end I got a great rate. Better than I was hoping. 10/10

We had been renting for the last 7 years, and Max made the entire process of securing financing a breeze. Every email was answered same day, even on weekends, and when there was a slight hiccup the day of closing, Max made it happen.

At a young age I was taught to think twice about doing business with a friend. This was due to fear of finances coming in between a friendship. In this case, I couldn't have had a better experience as he jumped though hoops to assist me and my wife purchase our home.
