Terrance was awesome for me throughout the whole buying process! As a first time homebuyer I was nervous, but Terrance communicated super well with me the entire time. The experience with Mike was beyond my expectations. He was extremely helpful, walked me through everything. Even with my financial challenges, he got me such a great rate. I can’t say enough positive things about Joe! He was communicative with my fiancé and I throughout the entire process of buying our first home. Steve happened to post a listing on his facebook and I reached out to inquire about it. That SAME day he had us preapproved and it was game on from there.
