Terrance first contacted us on a Saturday after we found a home online that we fell in love with and wanted to get pre-qualified. We kept telling ourselves if it's meant to be, everything will easily fall into place. Well, Terrance helped make that happen. He spent time working with us and made the process simple. Working with Liberty Mortgage, specifically with John Gambrel, has been an absolute pleasure. He made the process so easy and smooth. He was extremely polite and professional, and so very helpful, always readily available to answer questions. The process finished in what seemed like the blink of an eye because of his support and guidance. John is awesome!

Michael Toledo made our refinancing process easier than I expected. His communication was excellent by always being available when needed. The process wasn’t always smooth which was no fault of Michael. When we ran into a problem he was very knowledgeable and always knew exactly how to resolve each and every problem. This review is going to be lengthy. In short, if you are only seeking the recommendation for Korey and Liberty Home Mortgage; yes, I recommend them both as a company and as a Loan Officer. If you are interested in the experience from the beginning to the first mortgage payment, continue to read.
