I reached out to several lenders and Michael reached out almost immediately after submitting applications. I got a pre-approval letter BEFORE many others even called or sent emails. Just approved for a FHA cash out refinance and I could not have done it without my fantastic loan officer Katie Floor! Katie went above and beyond helping me through each stage and when their were hiccups she was right there answering all my questions, making helpful suggestions and supporting me along the way!!
