Joe went above and beyond to help me and my family get approved for a first time home owners loan! He knew our timeline was crucial because we could no longer live in a apartment, we needed the space for my family of 5! He was respectful and very helpful!! Joe was amazing, did everything he could to get our loan to close, even gave me multiple options. I had a fairly complicated FHA loan with DPA that ended up turning into FHA with cash down payment, and Joe still managed to have us close in time! My loan officer Nick is very patient and understanding. He helped me with how the pre-approval documents are uploaded and emailed me the letter I sent to my son who is working with a realtor to look for a house. I want to move from Maryland to Ohio.
