Joe was extremely helpful. My girlfriend and I are now first time home owners because of the help he provided. Joe always answered text messages , emails , calls , reliably and if he wasn’t available to answer them he let us know so that we would be aware and could send any information or questions accordingly. He was even happy to answer questions at 7:30 ET. Joe was also very honest and explained everything thoroughly as needed
