There are so many great things I can say starting from the beginning to the end. Leland was absolutely the best! As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better lender. Leland was patient, diligent, transparent, positive and very knowledgeable. He was consistent with me throughout the whole process. I trusted Leland to seal the deal and he did exactly that (even closed early). He handled my loan case with tenacity and ease. Kelly was always available and timely in explaining any questions that came up- dealing with all the documentation felt easy with her system and her and her team were always on top of it.
