Just approved for a FHA cash out refinance and I could not have done it without my fantastic loan officer Katie Floor! Katie went above and beyond helping me through each stage and when their were hiccups she was right there answering all my questions, making helpful suggestions and supporting me along the way!! If I could give Katie 10 stars I would. She ROCKS!!!

Ryan worked his butt off for me!! Mine was a very unique situation and a nightmare for all involved. He is very trustworthy and did everything in his power to help me get this loan! If I ever have to refinance or purchase again, you better believe I am ABSOLUTELY calling Ryan first!
