I can’t say enough positive things about Joe! He was communicative with my fiancé and I throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He was able to break down explanations and make them easy to understand. The process was as smooth as possible and Joe was so helpful and friendly through the entire thing. Steve happened to post a listing on his facebook and I reached out to inquire about it. That SAME day he had us preapproved and it was game on from there. He stayed on top of everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and made this whole process such a breeze. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a house.

Highly recommend working with Tom as a broker - He has been a real help to us from the first conversation and was always available to answer questions, give advice and explain the figures/documents. We got the rate we wanted, mortgage amount we were looking for, and felt comfortable and looped in to everything that was happening. Justin was a pleasure to work with! I honestly didn’t believe him when he said we can close in less than 45 days. Especially because he remained so calm throughout the entire process. He remained very patient with us as first time homebuyers and was always willing to answer any question or make any changes in a timely fashion. This process was so much easier than what I expected based on others’ home buying experience. I would highly recommend working with Justin!
