The people on the phone are so respectful and polite. They also know exactly what they are doing and is so refreshing. I know with Life Assure if I fall I will get the help I need. They are the only company that I trust that I will get great service and know if I fall will definitely get the help I need
Very happy with the lady that assisted me and answered all my questions. It was a joy to talk to a human. Trying to deal with QR codes and such I find is not senior friendly at least not for me. Was supported, answered my questions, wasn't pleased with the fall protection, my mother fell twice pendent never went off! A fall is a fall not pleased.

Knowing I can go anywhere in Canada ****and if anything should happen and I need help there will be a response to see what's wrong But you need more monitors because sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes or more before anyone gets back. Time is the essence when a medical emergency happens.
I spoke with both Donna and Malakai. Both were so helpful in getting my unit set up and working. They guided step by step for which I am grateful because without them I would still be trying to do it myself unsuccessfully.
They were very helpful and pleasant. Jack was very good.
