Happy to do business with them. They helped me set up and helped me test the unit. Product is cost effective and works very well. I recommend them if you are looking for a medical device. I recommend the mobile unit so you can use it outside the house or at shopping. I use mine everywhere I go.
When you call them you actually talk to people that know about medical alerts. I don't need a cell phone, I don't need internet or cable. I want a medical alert. They only sell medical alerts, not a bunch of other items. They are the experts.

I compared prices of another medical alert device and Life Assure was better in many ways: price and product. Nice to deal with them as well. Made things really easy for me to set up for my older mother. She calls Life Assure her saving grace.
