Being new to Life Assure, I had several questions over a few days. Each and every representative I spoke to was terrific!! They obviously knew their product inside out and were very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t recall all of their names…but I dealt with Taylor today.
I would just like to share my experience with Life Assure. Specifically customer service. This customer service is fantastic. I had the honor of speaking to Taylor from Life Assure. She's very cordial, easy to get along with, and very helpful. My experience with her was awesome. I wish all companies customer service was this great.
My sister has accidentally pressed the HELP button in her sleep and LifeAssure has responded immediately every time. She has also left her 'safe' area and I have been notified at once. The people who talk to her through her pendant are very kind and understanding. I am very pleased.
Just signed up Life Assure, and absolutely delighted with the product and the service. Amanda, one of the companies associates, was very happy to curb my plan to assure my needs have been fulfilled. It is so reassuring to know I have someone t to help is just a call away. I would recommend anyone with health issues to consider this essential service.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are so helpful as well. Alicia and Christina were wonderful. The product is superior and the features chosen fit my needs. Thank you very much.
