My family definitely appreciate the service that you do provide. My aunt has used it several times this year. Unfortunately the last time she needed it her button did not work. She has a low battery apparently. I called and spoke with an associate she was very kind. they wanted us to mail the button back Then they would send her one in the mail. Unfortunately this would leave her with out a fall alert button. The associate on the phone was very kind and was able to arrange that she keep the button she has until she receives ... read more

We have nothing but great things to say about the product. It has given me peace of mind that I have emergency options and help if needed. I went with the in-home unit because I'm always with someone when I leave my home. So when I'm home alone I always have the wristband on. I want to stay in my home as long as I can. This has helped me a lot.
