My mother had a bad fall which required four months in hospital. Once discharged we arranged for the Life Assure button with automatic fall detection and GPS. Not only does it give my mother peace of mind but the entire family. My family definitely appreciate the service that you do provide. My aunt has used it several times this year. Unfortunately the last time she needed it her button did not work. She has a low battery apparently. I called and spoke with an associate she was very kind. they wanted us to mail the button back Then they would send her one in the mail.
