I talked to the customer service department to get my unit set up. They were really good. I had to charge the unit first. Once I was able to figure out that Everything else has been great. Customer service did not rush me. This is easy to use as well.

My mother had a bad fall which required four months in hospital. Once discharged we arranged for the Life Assure button with automatic fall detection and GPS. Not only does it give my mother peace of mind but the entire family. Dealing with the representative and after sales staff was an absolute pleasure, they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. *************************************************************** **** Excellent product.
