I explained to Christina that my Mother In Law had been recently hospitalized and that she would not be using her Life Assure pedant till she is released. Christina advised she would provide 1 month for service to offset the hospitalization. Very understanding and caring. My wife and I highly recommend Life Assure due to their exceptional customer service.
