I videoed with a therapist twice. I didnt like her so I didnt make any more appointments. They have now sent me to collections for two missed appointments that I never scheduled. This practice is a SCAM. I called numerous times asking for proof that I scheduled the appointments, and there is NOTHING, Because I never scheduled them. Very sad times where MEDICAL PRACTICES have to make fake appointments to pay the bills. Dont fall victim to this scam like I did.

The second worse customer service I have ever had. I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. My experience resembled nothing of what I read. I even had a "shame on me " moment because I tried to use them 2 times. Both times, absolutely unbelievable, in a bad way. I'm just an emergency worker thats never asked for help from anybody, now trying to get a little help myself. Not an ounce of help was given at this place and they could care less. Our therapist was fine, but the billing department and customer services was TERRIBLE. We had an emergency that required us to cancel a Monday afternoon appointment on the Thursday evening prior. They said we cancelled 3 hours too late, never mind that we cancelled a Monday appointment on Thursday, and refused to make any accommodation for us given the circumstances. They were rude about it, too.

I left psychbc after 2 visits. Hold times are at least 40 minutes- you cannot reach anyone. You cannot connect with a human. The doctors are wretched and careless individuals who simply prescribe and do not listen. (***********************, **** especially) I had distinct side effects from a MED he prescribed and he was unmoved to respond. Go anywhere else.

I'm fairly certain that this place is a front for a scam group. The billing department tries to get away with some wild things. Their virtual waiting room didn't work, I was in the waiting room, the doctor was nowhere to be seen. I was told I would not be charged. Yesterday (4 years later) I get a call from collections saying I owe $500. The number of scammy reviews with similar stories (see Yelp) can't be a coincidence. Btw, this is a mental health provider who is creating stress and chaos for dozens of patients.

Avoid this office! I was referred to this office by my insurance company. I made an appt with my urgent referral to see one of their therapists. His next available was more than a month away, and my pcp wanted me to see someone ASAP, hence making my appt to see a therapist was URGENT. I found a provider in my area that had a sooner appt. My daughter is a patient at the *************** in **********.A few months ago she had an issue with a medication refill. We called and and left multiple messages but never got a reply. So she requested a refill through her pharmacy instead. The pharmacy was able to secure a refill but then she got a snarky email from Psych BC telling her she went through the wrong channels and she was a bad actor for going through the pharmacy. lie to me out of one of their faces then blame their office staff for their actions, total garbage, treat patients as nothign more than a paycheck, they do not care how they treat their patients

Amazing Psychiatrist. TERRIBLE customer service. I was incorrectly charged for a no show fee after cancelling my appointment during the MANDATORY QUARANTINE and they are still insisting I pay it. Not only that but the billing department representative, ****literally stopped answering me on the phone until I hung up.I will continue writing reviews everywhere I can until my issue is resolved. It's shocking to me that even grocery stores practice stronger customer service than a ********************** organization.
