If you go here be prepared to never get anyone on the phone. If you try to leave a voicemail they won't return it and then will charge you for canceling an appointment too late. They will accuse you of lying when you have the phone records to prove it. If you need more proof check out the ****** reviews for psychbc and their rebrand Lifestance Health. ************************* was my NP and absolutely horrible, did not send in Rx as discussed at appointment, and exact same Rx info sent to me in text, but Pharmacy said she was "OVER DOSING" me.And so I was not allowed to get my medication that I regularly took due to my Seizure Disorder, but also helped with my Anxiety, that she stupidly increased my nightmare dose by .5 MG which I told her my night dosage was fine so the stupid a** should have NEVER INCREASED MY NIGHT DOSE, and then started a daytime dose of .5mg and the ... read more

Had the displeasure of seeing ***************************** the *** She refused to bump up the medication that two REAL psychiatrists had planned to increase. Because of this I fell into a into a deep depression that was due solely to the medication issue. I was also suicidal again thanks to this. Terrible Service. ******* ***** a therapist at the life stance health is billing me for service that was not rendered. She stated that, she had no room for an appointment with me. She would try and find me another therapist by taking my information. The company charged me $148 dollars for this.

"********************************** is one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and inconsiderate people I've had the displeasure of meeting in my life. After waiting a month to get help, within the first few minutes it was more than apparent she couldn't care less as to what my medical issues are. This place is terrible. Very careless and unprofessional employees. Even though the patients need mental help, the receptionists are extremely ignorance. I have been calling to make an appointment for more than a month but they never responded.

They waited until after my appointment- at the outrageous cost of $450 - to tell me they wouldnt be processing my insurance and I had to pay the entire amount. When I complained, they just ignored me. Probably hoping to hit me with late fees as well. They made no effort to conceal the fact that they only exist to take as much money as possible from their patients while being as rude as possible about it. I have had anxiety disorder for more than 20 years. During that time, it has been succcessfully controlled with medication, which has not changed in all of that time. Until last year when the practice was bought-out by LifeStance. Prior to LifeStance, I would see the doctor 1 or 2 times a year for prescription renewal. I scheduled a zoom appointment and have a small infant, I received no reminder email or text. When I missed my appointment they insisted they emailed me, they did not. I have evidence. Now they charged me $175 Ridiculous, dont think this is a reasonable practice for a new client. If I wouldve received a reminder maybe I wouldve went to my appointment.Everyone I spoke to was rude, I filed a complaint and they are just money grabbers it seems.
