★★★★★ Lighthouse Storage is outstanding. The manager went above and beyond—professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He personally helped me open and close my container door and smoothly transition from a larger unit to a smaller one, making what could have been stressful completely effortless. I have used many storage facilities over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

My Experience with the staff has always been great, everyone has always been very helpful and efficient. The facilities are also very clean. The one negative would be that in the space of three years there have been three different price increases.

Been with lighthouse storage for at least three years now, and I am extremely happy with the service the responsiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the level of security and attention placed on the units at the facility. Highly recommend those in need of storage in the local Oceanside area to look into doing business with lighthouse self.

Kathy was a true pleasure to work with. She gave me a thorough tour of the facility and made sure I found the storage unit fit for my purpose. She stayed in touch, followed through on every detail, and went out of her way to make the process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers!
