I am in early discovery for a storage unit and lighthouse was a very nice. Kathy at the front desk was super helpful in sharing options and pricing. this will be at the top of the list.
Kathy helped me out the other day and she was amazing! This place has been a great find. It's super close to my house and affordable. They were able to store my truck camper when a lot of the other "RV" storage places refused.

Kathy was super nice extremely help on a short notice and very appreciative over service members but also had a interest on getting to know us. All while showing us our space and how to get to the unit.
Best bang for your buck in north county san diego! Surprisingly this is one of the only places with A/C controlled spaces. Prices are great! For example two 10x10 units is about $50 cheaper a month than one 10x20 unit somewhere else that is outdoors. Me personally i got two 10x10s that are basically next to each other and they also have military discounts. Lastly, the security is top notch with new fencing, cameras outside and inside. This place has amazing customer service. I worked with Kathy this morning and she was so kind and helping me figure out a solution and helping me pull out of my spot which was incredibly tight. Highly recommennd
