The Manager, Alex Agraphiotis, is the best feature of this facility. She has gone the extra mile to assist us with our rental unit. She is always kind and understanding. I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, well maintained, and secure.

Ok...I was between a 4 star and 5 star. I am giving the young lady that works there, Alex...5 stars. Really, the best experience I've had!! I almost never write reviews, but kind people & great service are hard to find these days!! Helpful, caring & personalized service: went above & beyond to make a not so pleasant time in our lives, much easier!! I have been a client of Lighthouse/Oceanside storage since 2005. I happy to see that new management has taken steps to improve the facility. It's a lot cleaner, including restrooms since you have to go to the office to get a key.
AlFONSO was amazing it was my first time ever backing a toy hauler into a spot and Alfonso was there the whole time to spot me and help me out he went above and beyond i was amazed by his expertise in everything then my hitch got stuck and i was out for a good hour trying to figure out what went wrong apparently i had the wrong hitch on my trailer the tow ball was too big and this man came to the rescue once again like a pro he knows how to operate his attitude and professionalism was beyond thank u Alfonso and thank ocean... read more
I've rented from this location for over a year. The staff is amazingly friendly, the grounds are clean and safe. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm only leaving because I'm relocating across the country. Highly recommend!
I don't even know where to start. Great experience. I met a gentleman named Alfonso great person very helpful. Alfonso helped me through the whole process and made the process very simple and great. I was thinking about doing business elsewhere but when I called Alfonso and then I met him that was it. He made the whole transaction smooth. Nice clean place and nice people keep up the good work.
I have too many units here. The guys are incredibly helpful and obviously really good salesman. Bob Dylan, yes the original Bob Dylan, and Alfonzo are both always here, and always ready to help. They help me keep my life organized and on track. The rates are competitive and the location is excellent.
