AlFONSO was amazing it was my first time ever backing a toy hauler into a spot and Alfonso was there the whole time to spot me and help me out he went above and beyond i was amazed by his expertise in everything then my hitch got stuck and i was out for a good hour trying to figure out what went wrong apparently i had the wrong hitch on my trailer the tow ball was too big and this man came to the rescue once again like a pro he knows how to operate his attitude and professionalism was beyond thank u Alfonso and thank ocean... read more
I've rented from this location for over a year. The staff is amazingly friendly, the grounds are clean and safe. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm only leaving because I'm relocating across the country. Highly recommend!
I don't even know where to start. Great experience. I met a gentleman named Alfonso great person very helpful. Alfonso helped me through the whole process and made the process very simple and great. I was thinking about doing business elsewhere but when I called Alfonso and then I met him that was it. He made the whole transaction smooth. Nice clean place and nice people keep up the good work.
I have too many units here. The guys are incredibly helpful and obviously really good salesman. Bob Dylan, yes the original Bob Dylan, and Alfonzo are both always here, and always ready to help. They help me keep my life organized and on track. The rates are competitive and the location is excellent.
I have recently obtained a storage unit from Oceanside Self Storage and RV/BOAT Storage and I absolutely love the customer service. Manager Alfonso Calvo and Co-Manager Bob Dillon are friendly, thorough and efficient in making the customers feel at home. They answered all of my questions and even gave me a vip tour of the facility. I give this place 2 thumbs up.
This storage is amazing. They have amazing customer service and work around your needs. If I ever need another storage I'm totally going here
Thus is one of the best storage units I have seen and/or used. We got this unit a little over a year ago to store our family's household goods while I was on deployment. As of a few days ago, everyone was back in California and we were able to remove everything from storage. It was wonderful have a unit inside of a building with security cameras, motion sensitive lights, etc. But to top it off, their customer service skills go above and beyond all others. This please is CLEAN, i've never had any issues and i've been with them for over 2 years. Overall this is a really nice clean AND secure place. Never had any issues.
