Megan was so helpful and friendly. The units are clean and well maintained. Renting was super easy, and Megan went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect unit for our family. Thank you so much! Would definitely be back.

I have been using this storage facility for about a year now. They are super accommodating and I always enjoy seeing Alex there. The facility is clean and offers great service and options at the price!

Alex was able to assist me and was able to suggest the best unit to put all my belongings in. Facility is well maintained and has easy access to get in and out. Facility provides all the equipment needed to get situated.

The Manager, Alex Agraphiotis, is the best feature of this facility. She has gone the extra mile to assist us with our rental unit. She is always kind and understanding. I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, well maintained, and secure.

Ok...I was between a 4 star and 5 star. I am giving the young lady that works there, Alex...5 stars. Really, the best experience I've had!! I almost never write reviews, but kind people & great service are hard to find these days!! Helpful, caring & personalized service: went above & beyond to make a not so pleasant time in our lives, much easier!! Great prices, clean, safe & free delicious coffee with a smile :) I highly recommend!! (All caps.)
I have been a client of Lighthouse/Oceanside storage since 2005. I happy to see that new management has taken steps to improve the facility. It's a lot cleaner, including restrooms since you have to go to the office to get a key.
